Kenya and Zanzibar

Hi all!

As you all know, my mom and I will be travelling to Africa next week! A few people have asked if I will be documenting my trip anywhere and I decided to attempt a blog. When I have tried to keep travel journals in the past, I always gave up part way through a trip, so we’ll see how this goes!

We fly from Edmonton, through Amsterdam, then onto Nairobi. We’ll spend one night in Nairobi then we are off to the island of Zanzibar for 5 days for some beach and ocean time.

After island time, we head back to Nairobi for a night before heading off on Safari. Some of our destinations will include Lake Navoisho, Lake Nakuru, Giraffe Manor, and multiple camps in the Masai Mara.
